The room was neat and perfect, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. There were three beds, and the view was good. The hotel is in an exceptionally nice location, very near to the holy mosque, and it's easy to access the market and stores.

Greatly enjoyed Medina, the hotel was top rated and famous in the middle of jackson. The room was big and absolutely perfect when upgraded with 2 double beds and Wifi access and view of Haram. It had excellent and particularly good location easy walk to As-Salaam Museum. Food in the 24-hour restaurant was good.

The size of the room was superb! Big enough for 3 people.
The kettle wasn't clean, we couldn't use it... The cleanliness of the room ... and the mirrors weren't clean ... We had a problem with the toilet on entering the room... which should have been fixed before we arrived... No internet in the rooms. You have to stay in the lobby.

The room was large with 2 single beds and a Haram view. Free breakfast was as described. The staff was really helpful and everything was perfect. The location was convenient, right in the middle of Jackson.

Great location near the Haram and Rosa a Rasul gates. Walking distance to Pakistani and Bengali restaurants.- Bengali market and shopping mall nearby.- Early check-in provided by friendly and helpful Guest Relations staff.
Room lighting could have been brighter. Bathroom was a bit compact.

The hotel has really helpful employees who made my stay enjoyable. Its location is comfortable and close to a good Pakistani restaurant and the Masjid. Plus, there's a great lunch spot just a short stroll away from the hotel at Islamabad Restaurant.
